Method
It starts with a (non-binding) introduction. We look together to see if there is a click and a basis for trust.
First, we map out the problem definition. We do this thru discussion with key stakeholders in the organization. These are not only the managers but also the employees “on the shopfloor”. In these conversations we look at the elements for (international) success.
